Michelle LeWay brings unique skills to her Public Speaking & Leadership Trainings. With a background in theatre, improvisation and an inherited passion for storytelling, Michelle brings both your personal and professional stories to life. She is a Procurement Specialist, two-time Distinguished Toastmaster, a corporate trainer and a TEDx Coach.

With over 27 years in Corporate America, Lona Fink founded Elevate Authentically, a Communication Coaching company. As a Keynote Speaker, TEDx Coach, and Toastmaster, she has a passion for delivering engaging and impactful presentations that inspire and motivate diverse audiences. Her mission is to be the beacon for authentic expression in both personal and professional relationships, guiding individuals and organizations to their fullest potential. Additionally, as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Ambassador, she promotes Allyship and Neurodiversity in the workplace and beyond.
